School & Daycare Classes
 

As of July 2025, we partner with 75+ schools in 23 states to offer yoga onsite for their students and families. See below for more details.

 

All programs are customizable based on individual school needs, such as budget and scheduling.  For all program formats:

  • All classes are done onsite at your location.

  • Our program caters to ages 2 and up.

  • Day of the week & time of class are your choice.

  • We try to group children by age as attention spans and capabilities vary.

  • Yoga mats are not required or supplied, as it's difficult for instructors to bring them between schools and clean in between. You're welcome to provide them, but they are not necessary at this age. Carpet or play mats work great, if you have them.

1. School-Funded Classes

With this option, we offer yoga weekly, biweekly, or monthly for a set price that school pays for. All children ages 2+ can participate. Session length will depend on how many classrooms you have. We like each group to get ~20-25 minutes each, or a bit shorter for the little ones! Our instructor can rotate between classrooms or if your school has a gym or activity room, classes can rotate through there.

90 minutes / Up to 4 groups: $185
2 hours / Up to 6 groups: $225
2.5 hours / Up to 7 groups: $260
3 hours / Up to 8 groups: $295​​

2. Parent-Funded Classes

This is an extracurricular class that parents have the option to enroll their child in as desired. It's generally offered as an 8-week ($149/child) or 12-week ($224/child) session. We will provide a marketing flyer and sign-up link to distribute to your families. We can handle the billing directly on our end and provide you a roster of names, or we can invoice you. We require a minimum of 7 kids in order to get started and we do not charge anyone until this minimum has been reached. Class is offered once a week for 40 minutes, or if enrollment is >11 kids, we increase to one hour and split into two groups of a half hour each. Select schools ask for a kickback of profits, around 5-10%, which we can accommodate.

A one-time school trial class is offered at a discounted price of $70.

3. Special Event / One-Time Classes

Retaining current families and attracting prospective ones is a major challenge for schools. That's why we offer one-time classes or special events that bolster your school's community.​ Join us for events that celebrate the joy of togetherness, including:

​

  • In-house field trips

  • Summer camp adventures

  • Back-to-School night, Spring festival, or other school gatherings

  • Mommy & Me class

  • Teacher Appreciation Week

  • And much more!
     

Pricing for these events follows a similar structure to school-funded classes above, with a surcharge of +$25 per session.

4. Peaceful Meditation Corner

Create a cozy, calming environment to help students relax, self-regulate, and practice mindfulness. Let your students experience a serene meditation corner, filled with activities that promote relaxation and inner peace.  Whether it's for the whole school or in each classroom, the corner is designed to be inviting and peaceful, encouraging children to take a break, reflect, and connect with their feelings in a safe and nurturing way.
